Left school a little earlier and was home for 3:30 today which was nice. I didn't take any detours or country lane routes home so didn't take any photos but spotted the hart's tongue fern on the drive as I parked. There are several clumps of this around, all self seeded (like everything else!), and I really like it.
That's really lovely, caught the shape and textures so well. I have a fern like this in my garden, must check to see if this is what it is.

I've had a look and I'd say it's honey fungus but I couldn't be 100% certain without further investigation.
