Kind of a diary shot, I was too busy all day and wilted from the heat when I stopped being busy so haven't taken many photos!
I've been unemployed since last October, trying to survive on supply work in schools and desperately trying to find another job, which I haven't managed to do yet, but I started a casual summer holiday job today, working with a local wildlife trust helping to run wildplay sessions to get children outdoors and involved with nature over the holidays. Not a proper job, but it's nice to have a little income over the holidays while there isn't any supply work available. Today was my first day and I spent all day in the park in the sunshine and heat (argh, I'm not good in hot weather) and was in charge of showing children how to use a flint and steel to make sparks and letting them set cotton wool alight with it! They loved it!
We all have days where it's easiest to just shoot something. I just took one of the dishes in the sink (don't think it came out, though.) Sounds like a great summer program! Have fun with it.
Louise, I hadn't realised you'd been unemployed for so long. I could have just the answer for you, drop me an email andrewvokes@hotmail.co.uk and i'll see if I can help you.
@dh
Thanks. I've only done three sessions but loved it! I'm secretly hoping it may lead to other things, maybe proper employment with the wildlife trust, but I think that's a longshot!

Good luck on the job search
We had water just in case! They were only little fires which burn out quickly, thankfully!
Thank you. The lettering is embroidered on a back of a zip up, hooded jacket. You can see the whole logo here...
