A quick photo after I left school - it's a bit blurry but I don't have anything else! It was a busy day and there are lots of changes in school taking effect from January, which I'm not entirely happy about at the moment. It was a long day and I'm not feeling great but I've survived my first half term in this job and I feel a little bit better about it than I did in the first couple of weeks! I'm so glad it's the holidays now though.
There is a slight hint of red behind those trees; are you a new teacher? My next door neighbour is a new primary school teacher and got a peripatetic position but after Christmas she returns to a regular class. She has enjoyed it but it has also frazzled her:0)
The light behind the trees shows the stark winter feel. Good to hear about your new job, it does sound promising. Once you get used to it then the routines will prob be easier. Well done for getting it, not easy these days,
