Trees by roachling

Trees

Just a scene on my way home from work. A flock of fieldfares landed in the tree just after I took this, but a car and a van also came along and I was blocking the single track lane for my photo, so annoyingly, I had to drive on.
I like the composition with the wall and the gate., balances it nicely. I think we ought to start carrying "emergency photography" signs and kits in our cars! Shame you had to drive on again!

Can you believe the nerve of some people! Making you miss your shot! ha ha It is hard to get inspired when the sky is so uniformly gray but good work.

Oh, I HATE that when stupid drivers ruin our photography masterpiece :) always happens when I'm trying to capture a hawk - I pull over, no cars were behind me, but the moment I sneak and try and get its picture, here comes a car and scares it away .. grrrrr. Even in local parks .. drives me nuts haha

What's through the gate? Makes you want to look beyond the photo.

Lovely composition and stoned wall running along the Field. Such a shame about the birds, we need a sign like photo in progress!!

I like the silhouette patterns trees make against the grey sky's at this time of year.

I had field fares in the garden feeding on old windfall apples in the last hard winter - That was the only time I have ever seen them but they were feisty birds.

It is always a challenge finding somewhere to pull over

love it. I can see why the birds came in; that tree is calling for its lost birds.

It can be annoying when life gets in the way of our photography. Still, I like the comp in this, and the trees are beautiful.
