A horrid day today - heavy rain all day and a strong wind with it! (Hence the dull, gloomy photo). I didn't spend long outdoors but I did go out briefly and noticed this tree. Covered in new leaves and little flower heads that look like they will soon blossom.
Nature is so confused this season with the mild weather.
Can't believe the leaves and blossom. Looks good against that sky and I like the raindrops you've captured. There was about a half hour between the rain here today.
Wonderful you have a record of this crazy mixed up weather. We were out and about on Friday 1st Jan and saw a hawthorn hedge coming into leaf!!! All wrong.
