30 Days Wild - Day 5 by roachling

30 Days Wild - Day 5

It was too hot for me today so I didn't venture outdoors until after 5pm. I watched (and listened to) skylarks on the moorlands and curlews in the fields, enjoyed the scent of freshly cut grass from all the haymaking happening around here today and then watched a kestrel hunting whilst doing some 'apple appreciation' in the garden!

Wow Louise, your poppy pictures are beautiful. I have never seen ones like that before and what a great capture of a curlew!

Great PoV - we too have been hibernating until the evening due to the excessive heat! No complaining though!m
