Surprise snow

Back to school after half term, a full day for me (usually do a half day on Mondays) as it was an INSET day. It rained heavily for most of the day but suddenly started to snow at about 3:20, not long before I left. This is a scene from my journey home. I'd like to see a lot more of this before winter is over, I'd appreciate another snow day or three!

Goodness, we had very heavy rain here, but it is quite mild, about 8 degrees. No more snow for us I hope

@pennystot Yes I did, it was only a light covering on the roads.

You're very lucky. We're just seeing off our 3rd winter in a row with not one day of proper snowfall. I can't remember such a long period.
