A favourite shrub to find flowering, a bit of winter colour. I spotted this near my house this afternoon and went back to take a photo after I'd finished work there for the day, before heading home.
well, this is quite denser than our local witch hazel, which also blooms in winter but seems much wispier. I shall have to go out and find some for contrast with this
