I lost my Saturday to a training day with SWT. It has to be done of course (and I do get paid for this day) but it is kind of annoying as I did the same kind of stuff with Derbyshire Wildlife Trust last week and things like safeguarding, risk assessment and GDPR are also, of course, big in schools so I have it all regularly in my main job too! It was a largely classroom based day so I just took a snap of the schedule on the table so I had something for today.
