Didn't have a photo of anything else but then this is an accurate representation of lockdown life, haha! More time at home, more time and energy to cook, roast dinners are becoming much more common, maybe a new habit forming! We'd both like to reintroduce a regular roast and keep it going beyond lockdown.
(I'm veggie and don't like gravy but love a roast minus the meat and gravy!).
@30pics4jackiesdiamond No, Dave eats meat (but can't eat wheat so we have to do separate yorkshire puddings / stuffing!). We don't normally roast anything though as there's only Dave to eat it, so usually, he'll either just have a meatless roast too or will cook a chicken breast or a couple of nice sausages or occasionally have some sliced meat instead!
