Started year with a 5 mile walk and 3.5 hours outside on a family walk.
I have decided to continue my 365 project as best I can and so I go into 2022 and my 11th year here.
I'm also attempting the Walk 1000 Miles and 1000 Hours Outside challenges again this year. Hoping to beat my 2021 total of 884 hours outside but not expecting to get anywhere near my 2021 walking total of 1152 miles as I'll be walking with a toddler and hopefully reducing pushchair use and encouraging more walking and free movement!
