Torymid Stack by robv

Torymid Stack

This is a parasitic wasp in the family Torymidae, I reared this one from an Oak gall I found in Arizona(Quercus hypoleucoides). I believe the gall was formed by a Cynipid gall wasp and the Torymid larvae feeds on the host larva then the contents of the gall. A 27 image stack using Zerene Stacker PMAX algorithm. Still need to work on pre/post processing and color correction.
Too cool
