A lot of the land by East Croydon station is being developed for housing and office space. This was taken outside one of the new office buildings, which normally looks quite stark, but it has been jollied up with lights on the fence and trees.
Always thought that there was full development by East Croydon station. I remember a big supermarket next door. But that was in the 80s. Certainly there was no greenery nearby!
