I'm catching up with my uploads after spending a week in the beautiful Norwegian Fjords. This is the historic area of Stavanger, known for its distinctive white wooden houses that were built in the 18th and 19th Century.
I like that. I wonder what the story behind the white color is. I assume that in those days the white paint happened to be the only paint available. :-)
