We took all the kids today with their scooters around the hatea loop, it is a wonderful 5km loop around the town basin in Whangarei. Decided kids have to much energy, they must have done at least 10km as they would get ahead and then come back to us, plus we stopped for an hour or so at the skate park to burn off a bit more energy. Have to say this hatea loop tracks are a wonderful asset to our beautiful city.
