A lovely little portrait. In Australia, the most common name for this fungus is "Lawyer's Wig". If you see it and are able, keep a watch every 6 hours or so and watch how it changes. Eventually it will become a messy black goo on the ground. the other little fungus you have posted is one of the stages of self digestion.
