Morning blues (or 'Ayeup') by sabresun

Morning blues (or 'Ayeup')

Taken around 8am on the same morning as the previous photo of the birds. I happened upon the "A" in the sky while trying to avoid treading in the mud along a canal path. Further on, we walked to a junction with narrow boats and met a guy walking his young whippet.

Nb - Called "Ayeup" because it's a northern England greeting (tenuous reference to the whippet) and "A up" (well, it sounded a better idea in my head!)
Stunning photo

I really love this shot and the colors remind me of my comfortable jeans when I want to just chill out and relax. I think the sky gave you and A+

@pyrrhula Collecting all the letters must take some doing. Now I'll be looking up into the skies to see what other letters I can find. :) Thank you for making this one a fav too.

I love it and being a Yorkshire lass needed no explanation about the title Matt! I had a poster when I was teaching out of a newspaper that was the whole alphabet that someone had found on Butterfly wings! Wish I still had it, it was beautiful! :)
