Witzenberg Mountain Range by salza

Witzenberg Mountain Range

Part of the mountain range that surrounds the valley enclosing Tulbagh, the town I live in. this range is just behind my house. The pale mark at the top or the mountain is the result of a rock fall in early December. It sounded like an earthquake and did actually cause some earth tremors.

I have given myself the challenge this week of taking a picture away from the house everyday so no abstract shots or marcos from the garden!
Sally you are so lucky not to look into cement. Nice shot!

I keep repeating it but... awesome view! Love to see it. This is a beautiful shot and I like your challenge. I really would like to see us much as possible of your country. Seems a lot wilder than my tame city :-).
