Thank you all for your wonderful comments and favs! This shot was a pure stroke of luck. I had set up to take multiple shots of the moon to do some stacking. Set camera to shoot in continuous mode and as I pressed the shutter these birds flew over. I landed up with around 8 picture to choose from.
