Left is St Sebastian church in Qormi while right is the parvis of San Gwann Parish Church. It seems that the new fashion is to light candles in front of churches but nothing like the Siġġiewi display. In the end I finished up very frustrated because having gone round several town and villages I had seen only a couple of Altars of Repose. In most cases finding a parking was very hard until I gave up and continued on my drive. In others I was disappointed about the decorations compared to previous years.
