Lovely day with lots of 'plan B' moments!! Good walk to the local shops in crisp sunshine after a rather wet and windy night. 'Breakfast' at new coffee shop that opened beside the bus stop recently. Allan shared his large BLT panini with me and coffee was excellent. Glad it's doing well - hope it continues.
Then to Aberdeen....hoped to see Bohemian Rhapsody at cinema but sold out when we got there...so did some shopping instead.

through a mesh grid as the window was open... I like the grey granite and cobbles texture and love people watching!
Three good things
1. Flowers sent to Mum...10th November was Dad's birthday and I just like to mark the day. Mum was surprised and delighted with them.
2. A new kettle....no more leaks on the kitchen counter.
3. Kept our date for food before heading home....via Jonathan's place briefly to drop off some things.
Love that grey Aberdeen stone pictured so well here. I have never been to Aberdeen but this would be what I would imagine it to look like! Sounds a perfect day & your mum will be so happy you remembered! You will have so much to tell her when you see her next!
