Another photo from our trip to Edinburgh yesterday. I've had photos of this pair before .... sometimes with the girls when they were living and working in the big city.
Nice to see they are still in place, just along the road from John Lewis and the newly refurbished shopping mall that has been transformed in recent years. It was good to be inside John Lewis especially since they closed the shop in Aberdeen and we do miss it!
Three good things
1. An interesting service at church
2. Friends for food in the evening - Allan cooked a leg of lamb and I made a fruit crumble. All went down very well
3. Cosy indoors - feeling so autumnal now.
