My sister taking a walk at low tide on Teignmouth beach.

This shot kinda reminds me of one of my favourite paintings .. http://www.artcyclopedia.com/feature-2005-03-Dali-Figure.html .. which always reminds me of the Macy Gray song, and my need for and enjoyment of my own space :o)

I love the layers in the shot ...sky, sea, beach , sea, sand ...it looks a lovely setting.

One thing i try to do when attempting similar shots is try to shoot from very low , so the person is in the line of the shot rather than below the shot (if you see what I mean)...I think below low down creates a more dramatic effect :)

I know what you mean about a low perspective - I took this from almost ground level, but I was quite a distance away, so up the slope of the beach, so I ended up still being above my sister!
