Old canvas picnic parasol - HappyAugust #12

Bit of an grey, aimless kinda day today. I went to the Whitworth Art Gallery, then sat outside drinking a coffee at a cafe picnic table, watching the world go by.

It started to rain as I sat there but, happily, the picnic table had a parasol so I stayed dry. It was an old canvas parasol that had definitely seen better days, but it made for an interesting abstract photo :o)
