The Wheel of Manchester

The Wheel of Manchester, in Exchange Square .. I walked through town this evening, from Victoria Station to catch my bus home, and my route took me past the big ferris wheel. I like how it looks - and I love the windmills that turn in the wind - but I've not been on it, and am not in any rush to, either - I've usually got something better I could spend the money on!!
The wheel, the buildings in the back and the sky, it all looks wonderfull!

Cool composition! The shot's kind of done its own selective colouring ;-)

@phil_howcroft Thank you, I was pleased with how it came out, given it's a fairly 'monochrome' picture.

... and, surprisingly no, it wasn't raining! I think it may be a headscarf, rather than a hood :o)
