Gladioli are very underrated flowers Sara, they are rather elegant and lovely......well spotted.....as for Sigmund Freud...i think he's talking rubbish , after all doesn't he know we talk to our plants and trees and they respond to the chat....i mean i talk to your manc tree via your pics.......don't know what he'd make of that ...or what he'd make of us all on here commenting on pictures done by strangers in a virtual world !!
Ahh well who want to analyse it anyway....phew ...that's a lot of Gladioli commenting !
@pennymilner I was tempted to make some reference to 'possums' when I posted it, but didn't know whether many people would get what I was talking about! LOL
@dulciknit No, I don't normally buy them - but these were 49p because they were starting to open already - can't resist a bargain like that!!
@phil_howcroft I agree with his first point, that flowers are restful to look at .. and who knows whether they have feelings or not?!
Talking of manc tree - it's that time of month again :o)
@sarahhorsfall ha ha sarah I think getting a reliable on time nudge from yahoo is a better option for remembering your tree photo than a gentle prod from your tree admirer on 365 ....and being a man i'd probably forget anyway ...i'll see if i can beat the yahoo nudge in november :)
@sarahhorsfall LOL sarah, no I won't stress about it...although I'm worried about what you can post in November as the tree will be a bit bare by then :)
