Although the temperature is above the freezing mark it is still cold by the water, especially early in the morning. So I was very glad of my warm hat and gloves to keep the COLD out.
Then as my ankle is still rather painful and after several walks today I now have the ice pack wrapped around it - hoping the COLD will relieve my discomfort.
Rather lame picture for COLD, but I can't be brilliant every day! haha
I think you did a splendid job Patricia. Gloves and hat for warmth, and icepack to keep that ankle warm. Paradox ok, but adds a good sense of humour to the photo. well done
