In order to get yesterday's shot ( http://365project.org/sharonlc/365/2011-10-27 ), I had to break into the piggy bank. Wilbur, as he was named, was a present I received from some friends at college for my 18th birthday. He has moved with us through countless dorm rooms, apartments and to our house, but 32 years later he's finally given out.
My husband is in the process of sorting out all of the pennies and other assorted coins (even some subway tokens!) that Wilbur has collected through the years. I decided to take this picture of Wilbur and his former innards for posterity.
LOL!!!! Very cute. We used to have one of those giant water bottles full of change...it took us nearly two weeks to wrap all the coins and take it to the bank but man was it worth it...We had like $250 in there!!!!
