Purple by sherimiya


Along with lots of other people, I jumped on the sourdough bandwagon at the start of the pandemic. This is the 30th loaf I've baked since March, and I've added steamed Okinawan sweet potato and beet juice into the dough, which results in a purple crumb.
Looks tasty! I like its colour.
