Some interesting shapes created here. I suspect this is more than one photo? Please share what you did?

No just one photo. I edited out a piece of tape holding the balancing act together! Also did a slight stretch distortion to fill up the frame. There is a part not quite right (bad edit).

@sjoyce Yes, I think the bit that isn't quite right made me think it was a multiple exposure.
