The goal for the new year is to cook different cuisines. Starting off with Tteokbokki which is a common Korean comfort food made with rice cakes. Made the sauce with tomato paste and water to keep it somewhat healthy. I'm really into trying different Asian dishes these days. This turned out delicious...looking forward to trying out other recipes.
@annied The pasta sauce is very similar to italian pasta sauce. The only difference is the rice cakes (which have a very different texture and taste as compared to pasta).
