Now that takes me right back to my youth. The world of styli and cartridges and amplifiers that had "tremolo" on them not "treble"... and transistor radios with Radio Caroline marked on the dial... and eight track players...

Reminds me of the time I asked my dear old dad what "solid state" meant on my transistor radio when I was a kid (you could tell I was going to be an engineer), and for once there was an eerie silence from my font of knowledge.....
