An interesting comparison. I personally prefer the full colour version. I think the wall colour adds more to the overall photo than the b&w.

Well, I'm going to be different and say I prefer this one. The reason is that I found that the lighter walls in the other one distracted me from the door, which for me is the subject of the image. For the other one to work, you would have needed to tone down the walls and perhaps lighten the door area. All in my opinion, of course.
