Day 276 - Bad Timing

Went to Painswick in Gloucestershire today on business, and should have got some shots of a beatiful Cotswold town but it just rained...

So you get this clock instead.

@dreamatrix According to the owners, though, whilst it keeps good time, it doesn't chime at the right time. There's a joke there some where, but I can't quite think of it....
