Long Horned cattle... by snowy

Long Horned cattle...

This is one of a group of long horned cattle we saw , whilst out on a run in the car along the Corvedale valley ....Btw the date & time is wrong, it was taken on the 4th about 2pm.(if you have time this is better viewed large)
I wonder what the white frill is on their chest! I suspect it might mean a special breed! I always view large if invited and generally, as in this case, its much more alive!
