We don't go in for matching mother and daughter outfits as a rule but we do like a nice blue and white jumper and reduced the shop owner to giggles as we emerged from the fitting room. 'If only I had a camera . . . ' she said. Dangerous words to utter in the hearing of a hardcore 365-er! Mum had whipped out her Nikon Coolpix and had thrust it into her hands before she could say 'holy jumpers, batman!'
(Mum is too busy jumping up and down on the sofa cheering on van Persie in the Spain-Netherlands match to comment, so I'm doing it for her - now I've explained the offside rule it's wall-to-wall World Cup Fever!)
Hahaa - but did you but them!? Van Persie causing quite a commotion at the moment. Must get the dogs out soon - Monty not mad on the hot weather band has got quite lazy so your lot might have to herd him!
Your mum is into the football....good for her tell her that me @judithg & @jantan have just been saying we are bored of football already...your mum is obviously made of stronger stuff!
My daughter & I often buy the same but have to find out if the other is wearing it if we are going to the same place!
@judithg yes we did buy them but signed in blood that we would never wear them in public at same time! - would be great to get out with dogs when I'm home again.
Can't tell any difference, you both look as beautiful as each other, good match that Spain v Netherlands but now it's COME ON ENGLAND. Lovely capture by the shop owner.
