I had to venture off the trail to capture this lovely little waterfall (if you enlarge this image, you can see the path in the background). I did receive a few odd stares while I was lying on my stomach in the woods with my Nikon, but who cares - I got the photo and that's all that counts.
This was shot at f/8 and looked too flat for my tastes, so I applied tilt/shift processing to focus only on the waterfall, which was my original intention.
This is also image number 300 for me. Wow, time flies when you are having fun! The very best part of 365 has been the wonderful and supportive friends I have made here.
Great perspective Danny. Wish I could get down on the ground on my stomach - probably could, but I know I would never be able to get back up.. so I would be left out in the woods.
That is really clever Danny. I didn't notice the focus at first, but it really jumped off the screen at me when I did. Those colours are incredible too.
