Boss Oyster serves the best oysters I've ever eaten. They have their own refrigerated oyster boats. Apalachicola Bay is the last place in the United States where oysters are harvested in the wild using tongs and small boats.. The oysters are harvested the same way they were 200 years ago! Then they are kept on ice until they are served to customers at their funky oyster bar. Plus they have a great sign!
What a great looking place. My hubby loves raw oysters but it is rare to get good ones it seems. Love great slogans like that one. Shut up and Shuck indeed:).
