No real artsy photos today since I spent most of my time making some ice cream cupcakes. Here you can see my latest cupcake creation: key lime pie cupcakes.
It all starts with a graham cracker crust with a lovely lime cake, homemade key lime pie ice cream as the filling all topped with a fluffy toasted meringue frosting. Any excuse to whip out my blowtorch and I'm there.
@lislee75 I don't know how helpful my blog will really be since mostly all I do is bake horribly unhealthy things and then devour them. Not many real recipes since those are less fun for me to blog about. But if you're looking for an anti-diet blog mine is the way to go!
You know what, I don't like you anymore, dessert and sugar are not my favorite things, but if I want to eat something like that, lemon would be the choice, and you make me want that so bad, and that's why I don't like you anymore, hahahhahahahah
@alecio I was thinking the same recipe would make a perfect lemon meringue pie cupcake just by substituting lemon zest and juice everywhere I used lime. I'll be sure to post a picture to make you drool if I get around to making them. :)
Secondly, wrinkles! I want this! Now! Sooooooooo yummy looking.
