Another baking adventure, this one so indulgent because it's nearly the holidays. That's a good enough excuse for stuffing a chocolate mocha cupcake with a mint Oreo truffle, lining the bottom of each cupcake with half of a mint Oreo, and topping the entire thing with mint buttercream. Right?
