Capodimonte is a village in the province of Viterbo, located on a promontory in Lake Bolsena, and occupied since the Bronze Age. The village is dominated by the Rocca Farnese.
A long beach of volcanic sand, flanked by Italian gardens is one of the most characteristic points of Capodimonte.
