Failed attempt at making 'healthy' latkes. The flavor was delicious, but they just didn't stick together. If I make this recipe again, I'll either take the hit on fat & calories and deep-fry them, or just bake it as a hash instead of individual latkes. These had parsnips & taters from the CSA.
