This is the Gulf Tower in downtown Pittsburgh. It lights up to show weather conditions, but they also light it up for special occasions (pink for Breast Cancer Month in October, black & gold for any sports teams in the playoffs, etc.). On our drive home from my in-laws on Christmas Day, it was light up red & green!
