I'm brushing up on my wine basics for some future plans *wink wink*, so we did a basic 'big six' wine tasting as suggested in the book Great Wine Made Simple. Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah (and a great chance to show off our hundreds of wine glasses lol).
