Irish Intelligence!

March 15th was Pittsburgh's St. Patrick's Day celebration, and I was actually off work for the first time in years!! We embarked on a massive bar crawl (which led us to miss the parade, oops), and the night ended.... at our favorite tequila place, Verde. But trust me, it was still holiday-appropriate: Cory made me his signature beverage, one of my very favorites, the Irish Intelligence. It's got Jameson, orange peel, and..... we'll never know. He keeps that recipe under wraps!
