We FINALLY had dinner at Cure, Justin Severino's restaurant in Lawrenceville. Super good stuff! This was the King Chinook Salmon, which had hibiscus, baby beets, cucumber, green apple, Meyer lemon, rose, and marcona almonds, and cured in beets and Fernet Branca. Delicious AND beautiful.
