My homemade coleslaw was a finalist in Club Julian's healthy recipe contest! I was one of four finalists in the appetizer category, and I got a free tshirt. My coleslaw (which I call Fox's Sunshine Slaw) is a modification of a Cooking Light recipe. It uses red & green cabbage, sour apples, olive oil mayo, green onions, red wine vinegar, carrots, and mustard seeds. It's low-cal and VERY yummy.
