Kinzua

We drove up to Kinzua today to see the bridge and the wreckage. In 2003, this railroad bridge was hit by a microburst (like a tornado), which completely upended all of those towers and basically mangled them and threw them on the ground. It is so creepy but beautiful. They have left the towers there for tourists to see. While you can't cross the ravine anymore, you can walk to the end of the bridge, which has been made into an observation deck.
