Today's workout: the Corners of Doom! One of my favorite high-intensity workouts that TM and I do. Different exercise in every corner (kettlebells, pullups, Turkish getups, burpees, the Jacob's Ladder, the rower, mountainclimbers, and running in between stations). Always love corner day!!
