My friend Lisa (middle) wanted to run her first 5k, and she wanted Bea and me to run it with her to keep her motivated. We chose the Graffiti Run at Pittsburgh Mills Mall. It was so much fun! Perfect for a first 5k, and our husbands and Trainer Mike came out to cheer for us!
